The family begins with a pure and sacred agreement between a man and a woman called marriage. the success of the whole process, from the family to the society, depends largely on this agreement. therefore , this agreement has been given great importance in Shariah terms and conditions have been laid down for its survival and elimination in case of unavoidable circumstances so as to make this family base as strong and stable as possible.
Revocation of marriage means breaking off the marriage relationship.when a woman files a claim in Dar-ul-Qaza or Shariah Panchayat that my marriage with my husband should be annulled for some reason (reasons for annulment of marriage are mentioned in books of jurisprudence) so that I can be free from his marriage.the judge, after considering the petition and considering the situation, if the woman's demand is considered valid, then after due process proceedings, the marriage is annulled.
You can annul the marriage, there is no abomination in it according to Shariah.
